Dues Update

The AMA is committed to continuously providing resources and support to the multifamily industry with the goal for our members to feel confident about their future plans with the association. In August, the Board of Directors unanimously approved a dues increase of .50 cents per unit for our property members to cover increased operating costs.  You will see this increase on your 2023 dues invoice which will be emailed and mailed in November (this increase will not impact Independent Rental Owners). 

New Member Benefit For 2023

New for 2023, we are excited to announce a brand new member benefit! All regular education classes will now be free (you read that right!) to all members starting in January 2023. We know how important continuing education and training is to you and your staff and we are looking forward to providing quality education to all members. NAAEI certification classes like CAM, CALP as well as EPA and CPO classes are not included with this benefit but we will continue to offer scholarship opportunities for CAM and CALP.
