Maintenance Mania® is a national program offered by NAA and presenting sponsor HD Supply (HDS), in which maintenance technicians and housekeepers compete against each other in various skill-based games. This is a fun event for both competitors and spectators. Local winners from the AMA’s Maintenance Mania competitions with scores that meet specific requirements get the chance to qualify regionally and compete nationally at the Apartmentalize Conference in June.
