Erika McDowell is the Director of Operations and has been with the Association for more than a decade. While not always at events, behind the scenes she is diligently ensuring member’s dollars are being used as efficiently as possible. With over 16 years of accounting and employee benefits experience and 10 years of operational management, she has a proven track record for producing immaculate records and is always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes. She holds a life and health insurance license and is QuickBooks certified. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and two dogs at their cabin in northern Arizona where she was able to tap into her creative side designing its renovation last spring. She also expresses creativity through cooking and baking decadent treats that seem to always vanish before making their way into the office.
