Resident satisfaction and retention are our #1 priorities. Learn how to keep that relationship going from being a prospect to a resident, and the best ways to boost retention, reputation, and resident engagement. Having a concierge customer service approach will allow you to have the ability to encourage the residents to have the best living experience possible. This class will benefit all onsite positions including office, maintenance, and management as well.

This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.  Please indicate if you hold the CAM, CAPS and/or CALP credential when registering.
