From going into a resident’s home for an emergency work order to speaking to a prospective resident with nothing to show, what are the best tips and practices you can put into practice NOW during this stressful time!  How do you keep composure and keep a positive attitude while trying to help your residents?

You will learn best practices for dealing with residents, prospects and vendors and how to provide exemplary customer service in this crucial time.
