Trade Show Activities

Help Bright Smiles Shine!
As part of the Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation’s (AMCF) heartwarming mission, we’re collecting full‑size toothpaste (kids and adults) for our friends at UMOM New Day Centers.

These essential items are at the TOP of UMOM’s wish list to support families rebuilding their lives in Phoenix

How you can help:

  • Bring a tube (or more!) of full-size toothpaste when you come to pick up your name badge
  • Drop it off during check-in in the labeled bins
  • Know that you’re making a real difference—helping moms, dads, and kids maintain their oral health

Your simple act of generosity will brighten smiles and bring comfort to families staying at UMOM’s shelters. Let’s show that the multihousing community truly cares – one tube of toothpaste at a time!

Visit the Puppy Paw-ty
Puppies have been a staple of the Phoenix Trade Show since 2022, and this year is no exception! Join Rasa Floors at the Puppy Paw-ty to cuddle and maybe adopt your fur-ever friend!

This area will host the Dessert Reception from 2:45pm-3:30pm.  Raffle prizes and the Grand Prize cash drawing sponsored by the Law Offices of Scott M.Clark will be held here. Stick around all day - you must be present to win!

    Education Breakout Schedule

    Session 1A |  9:00AM - 10:00AM

In today’s fast-paced workplace and increased digital communications, building strong teams isn’t just about org charts and job descriptions... it’s about trust, communication, and connection. In this engaging and practical session, Thom Singer shares how uncommon connections create the foundation for powerful teams. Drawing on insights from the Trust Edge Leadership Institute and decades of experience studying human interaction, Thom unpacks the habits, mindsets, and behaviors that foster collaboration, boost performance, and create a culture where people thrive.

    Learning Objectives:

    •  Understand how trust, clarity, and consistency drive deeper team connection and long-term collaboration.
    • Learn actionable strategies to build meaningful relationships that strengthen team cohesion and communication.
    • Discover how to cultivate a team culture where community, collaboration and conversations help everyone succeed together.

    Session 1B |  9:00AM - 10:00AM

Sales experts have always said that the most effective way to sell any product is known as “relationship selling”. Research clearly shows that we like to buy from people that we like and this becomes even more important as the price of the product or service goes up. Rent is one of the biggest expenses many people face today, therefore the decision is very important, making the relationship with the leasing and management team a critical one.

During this session you will learn:

    1. The power of “Subject-Comparison-Reasoning”
    2. How to identify the value system of the prospect within seconds of meeting them.
    3. How to modify your leasing approach around the prospect’s value system.
    4. Highly effective closing techniques that fit each value system.

    Session 1C |  9:00AM - 10:00AM

Burnout isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a real, measurable threat to your team’s performance, engagement, and retention. In this high-energy session, we’ll dive into how the body and brain respond to stress through Fight, Flight, or Freeze—and what those responses actually look like on your team.

Are they pushing back (fight)? Disengaging or calling out (flight)? Quiet quitting or deer-in-headlights during meetings (freeze)? As leaders, it's our job to recognize the signs before burnout takes over—and shift the momentum.

    You'll walk away with:

    • A practical breakdown of Fight, Flight, and Freeze behaviors in the workplace
    • Leadership strategies to re-engage burnt-out teams
    • Tools to manage your own burnout before you lead others through theirs
    • A few laughs and a lot of “oh wow, that’s my team” moments

Burnout might have the head start in the race, but leadership has the map to win!

3 objectives if you want separate from above:

    • Identify burnout behaviors through the lens of Fight, Flight, or Freeze and recognize how they show up in team dynamics.
    • Apply leadership strategies to re-engage team members experiencing burnout and shift them toward productive, sustainable performance.
    • Develop personal awareness tools to manage your own stress responses and prevent leadership fatigue from derailing your team.
