Virtual is the new normal during these uncertain times.  Management has tasked onsite staff to move to virtual tours, instead of in person tours.  How do you do this successfully?  What tools do you need, what companies can help?  All these questions will be addressed, and you will get some great ideas and practices that can help you identify what to do and what NOT to do. Leasing unusual means, we need to be creative, adapt and reevaluate. What worked just a few weeks ago might not be the best approach now.

You will learn how to turn your prospects into residents by leveraging today’s technology.  We will discuss ways to create and manage the virtual tour as well as orchestrate how to effectively engage your clients and keep them engaged from a distance. Get ready to be creative, adaptive and reevaluate the virtual leasing process.
