Kiley Sardella

 

Kiley Sardella is a results-driven Director of Marketing for Business Observations with an passion for sales and marketing, fueled by a unique blend of expertise in both marketing and psychology. She has held on-site positions throughout her career in the multifamily industry. Kiley’s journey began with a strong foundation in marketing as she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and Sports Management from Grand Canyon University.  She has over 10 years of industry experience and valuable insights into consumer behavior, decision-making, and personal branding.  Kiley went on to complete a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Grand Canyon University which has aided in marketing campaigns, understanding buy decisions, and building strong relationships with future residents.  Throughout her career, Kiley has held various marketing roles, honing her skills and gaining an in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, brand development, and consumer research. She has a proven track record of turning insights into actionable marketing plans that drive growth and generate revenue.

 In her current role as Director of Marketing for Business Observations, Kiley leverages her extensive knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies for secret shops, brand development, and campaigns for high-performance secret shops while utilizing cutting-edge technologies, data analytics, and her understanding of psychological triggers to drive results. She is passionate about the multifamily industry and helping others find their home while continuing to shape the future of marketing with her unique combination of skills in marketing and psychology.

Jaren Bradley

In 1998 Jaren joined Pinnacle Mgmt as a leasing agent at Santa Fe Apts in SLC, UT. From there he joined AIMCO at South Willow Apts, but quickly discovered he needed more. Jaren would soon discover his love for helping, training, solving problems and fixing issues on properties on AIMCO’s S.T.A.R.T team and traveling to FL, MI, GA and NM. While on one of his breaks from the S.T.A.R.T team he helped Apartment Management Consultants with their first takeovers in CA, setting up, training and implementing procedures at the first CA properties. In March 2001 he joined the AMC team as a leasing agent at their first property management site where he later managed. After being on a short time he got the call to manage Reno Vista in Reno NV, after getting this property in-line he headed out to sunny CA where he would take on his next challenge at Villas at Tustin in Santa Ana. Soon discovering his dislike of concrete he headed back up to SLC, UT to manage Willow Cove Apts. Now the journey of managing people who manage Real Estate began when he opened up and managed some of AMCs first properties.  In 2007 with the growing Vegas market he became VP of Operations over Vegas and Arizona where they had just started to grow.  In 2010 de became Sr VP of Operations over Nor Cal, eventually taking on the rest of the State. Then the real fun began.  In 2014 the owner of AMC challenged him to exceed year over year growth and soon they would be over 100,000 units in over 20 states. In 2021 his portfolio consisted of 58,000+ units in 23 states. With growth came separation and in 2022 his portfolio would be cut in half due to the pipeline they had coming. In 2022 along with his amazing team they took on 19,000 units in his portfolio.  This consisted of 124 properties adding 6 new markets to AMCs portfolio. in August of 2023 he oversaw 39,500 units, 258 properties in 22 states, with his 9 amazing VPs, 46 RPMs and the amazing teams that directly maintain their communities!! 23 years later AMC has grown from 516 units to now 144,000 units, they have redefined property management and continue to effectively grow their clients portfolios from the revenue they make sure to make!
