2026 Dues Update

At our Annual Board Retreat, the Board approved the proposed membership dues adjustments. These changes will go into effect starting with 2026 dues.

This update aligns with the National Apartment Association’s dues increase and ensures AMA can continue delivering valuable resources and support to our members.
 

Here’s a summary of the approved changes:

Free Education Included with Dues

All regular education classes will continue to be free (you read that right!). We know how important continuing education and training is to you and your staff and we are looking forward to providing quality education to all members. NAAEI certification classes like CAM, CALP as well as EPA and CPO classes are not included with this benefit but we will continue to offer scholarship opportunities.
