In 1998 I joined Pinnacle Mgmt as a leasing agent at Santa Fe Apts in SLC, UT. From there I joined AIMCO at South Willow Apts, but I quickly discovered I needed more. I would soon discover my love for helping, training, solving problems and fixing issues on properties on AIMCO’s S.T.A.R.T team traveling to FL, MI, GA and NM. While on one of my breaks from the S.T.A.R.T team I helped Apartment Management Consultants with their first takeovers in CA, setting up, training and implementing procedures at the first CA properties. In March 2001 I joined the AMC team as a leasing agent at their first property they took on management. Fast forward to 2021 my portfolio consisted of 58,000+ units in 23 states. With growth has to come separation and in 2022 my portfolio would be cut in half due to the pipeline we had coming. In 2022 along with my amazing team we took on 19,000 units in my portfolio alone consisting of 124 properties adding 6 new markets to AMCs portfolio. Today August 2023 I oversee 39,500 units 258 properties in 22 states, with my 9 amazing VPs, 46 RPMs and the amazing teams that directly maintain our communities!! 23 years later AMC has grown from 516 units to now 144,000 units, we have redefined property management and continue to effectively grow our clients portfolios from the revenue we make sure they make! In an ever changing industry we always make sure we maintain the Basics! In August of 2023 I opened up my own firm Multifamily Consultants, where I have successfully grew Multifamily Consultants into a business for both Property Operators and Industry Partners. After 2 years I have started working with JBA Management, where we will primarily focus on Distressed properties working with Lenders to get their properties back in a positive position to sell. We will start with a little over 1100 units in OR and AZ.
