Melissa grew up in Southern California, but Phoenix has been home for over 20 years. She is a Certified Meeting Professional who brings 8 years of Association Event & Education experience to AMA. Melissa also spent many years in the hospitality industry, focusing on customer service and helping organizations create exceptional experiences.

Melissa is mom to 2 boys, and spends time at the beach as often as possible.
