Noelia Johnson

Noelia Johnson has been part of the property management industry since 2004 and often jokes that she was “born into it.” With several family members also in the field, her passion for the people, the culture, and the fast-paced nature of the industry came naturally.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and is especially passionate about building meaningful connections through creative marketing strategies. Known affectionately as a social butterfly, Noelia thrives on meeting new people and cultivating community wherever she goes.

A proud AMA member since 2013, Noelia actively gives back through her volunteer work with the Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation (AMCF) and Project SAFE committees. These opportunities allow her to make a direct and lasting impact on the communities she cares about.

Outside of work, Noelia enjoys traveling with her husband, spending quality time with loved ones, and capturing memories through photography. You’ll often find her at live concerts or out in nature—running, hiking, or enjoying any outdoor adventure Arizona has to offer.
