This class explores how to write effective prompts for tasks such as emailing residents, preparing for difficult conversations, and drafting notices. Attendees will learn responsible AI practices, including protecting sensitive information, understanding privacy settings, and following company policies.
Explore how approved AI tools can support work in Outlook, Excel, Word, and similar applications, from understanding reports to completing routine tasks. Through realistic examples and opportunities for hands on practice, participants will build confidence applying these skills across platforms such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
