This program is a total of six (6) days of class and a zoom orientation. Attendance for all classes is mandatory.

Developed by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) course offers the highest standard of professional training for the on-site manager. The CAM Program consists of eight modules plus a comprehensive two-part certification exam.

- Enforce policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to property management and employment practices.
Financial and Performance Management
- Analyze property financial operations and implement corrective actions for underperformance.

Credential Requirements:
- Have at least 12 months experience in the apartment industry
- Successfully complete all courses
- Receive a passing grade on the comprehensive online exam
- Complete all the requirements during the 6-month candidacy period
