Customer Service Survival Guide
November 9 | 10am-11am | ZOOM
This is a practical training session designed to help onsite teams not just survive the day, but thrive in it. This isn’t about fake smiles or corny cliches we’ve all heard a million times. It’s about equipping your team with the tools, mindset, and resilience they need to handle hard situations, deal with complaints, connect with people, and still have something left in the tank at the end of the day.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.

SPEAKER
Rommel Anacan

I’ve spent more than 20 years in and around multifamily, and I’ve learned this: The work may be operational, but the pressure is often relational.
Leasing goals, resident expectations, staffing challenges, new technology, corporate initiatives, and change fatigue all show up in the numbers. But many of the real breakdowns happen between people — in unclear communication, low trust, worn-down managers, avoided conversations, and teams trying to execute without enough clarity.
That is where I do my work. I help multifamily leaders and teams communicate better, lead better, serve better, and move through pressure with more clarity, confidence, and trust. My background includes on-site operations, customer care, corporate training, national speaking, leadership development, and consulting.
I’m not interested in generic “motivation” that fades by Monday. I care about giving people practical tools people can actually use to lead through change. I also care about inspiring people, awakening their hearts, so that they desire to be their very best.
