When an emergency happens, preparation can make all the difference. This class will help multifamily professionals prepare for unexpected situations, including fires, flooding, power outages, and severe weather. Learn practical strategies for developing emergency response plans, defining team responsibilities, communicating with residents, and coordinating with emergency services. Attendees will leave with tools to respond confidently, support resident and team safety, and guide their communities through recovery.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
