This course provides a concise overview of fee transparency requirements impacting the multifamily housing industry. It reviews the FTC’s increased focus on rental housing fees and national efforts to standardize fee disclosure. Participants will learn how greater transparency affects leasing, marketing, and on-site operations at the property level, including advertising accuracy, staff communication, and compliance risk.
