Rachael Kish is a Regional Portfolio Director, leading a team of Community Managers who serve Shelton Residential’s private equity clients. She has served in the multi-family industry since 2003, gaining experience and expertise in competitive rent growth, implementing value add opportunities, staff development, and industry teaching. At Shelton Residential, her goals include assisting clients grow capital for investment in new assets, preparing and equipping the next generation of multi-family leadership, and providing the best client, employee, and resident experiences possible. Rachael holds her CAM and CAPS through the National Apartment Association, instructs for the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), and is a three time AMA Tributes Finalist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Anderson University (Anderson, IN) and her Arizona real estate license. When Rachael is not busy serving her clients and teams, she enjoys early morning coffee dates with her husband, eating gelato with her children, and doing renovations on her fourth generation New England family home.
Jackie Salinas is a multi-faceted professional who brings 5+ years of experience in various aspects of accounting and financial management. After graduating with her Bachelors in Accounting Jackie instantly fell in love with the real estate industry. Currently, Jackie leads the budgeting process for Shelton Residential as a Financial Analyst. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the beautiful trails throughout Arizona, growing her indoor plant collection, traveling, and spending time with her family.
