HVAC Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance: Catching Problems Before They Become Emergencies

March 18 | 10am-11:30am | ZOOM

Small HVAC issues can quickly turn into costly repairs and uncomfortable conditions for residents. This class will help multifamily maintenance professionals recognize early warning signs, troubleshoot common HVAC problems, and build preventive maintenance habits that keep systems running efficiently. Learn practical strategies to reduce unexpected breakdowns, extend equipment life, and identify when additional expertise is needed.

We will also be joined by a guest attorney to review essential Arizona laws related to air conditioning, including property responsibilities and legal considerations when responding to AC issues.

This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
