Part I:
Fortifying the Fortress

With Ray King Of Windom Security

Ray King grew up in Southern California playing soccer and skateboarding swimming pools and large pipes.  After graduating from the University of California at Irvine, he spent some years in insurance sales, teaching 4th grade school in the inner city of Los Angeles, and commercial roofing sales and sales management in Arizona.

Ray has been a passionate student of personal development and human potential for decades.  Always an advocate for personal protection, emergency preparedness, and supporting veteran causes, Ray has voluntarily studied combat first aid and become a Certified NRA Instructor for Basic Pistol and Personal Protection in the Home.

And Mark Zinman of Zona Law Group

Mark Zinman is partner with Zona Law Group P.C.  Since beginning his practice in 2005, has focused on multi-housing communities and single-family residential property management issues.  In addition to handling their litigation matters, he advises on their day-to-day operations and assists in the development of their operational policies. Mark believes that being an attorney not only involves handling a client’s litigation as it may arise, but developing policies and procedures with his clients to avoid unnecessary litigation.

Mark was elected as the first-ever Attorney to the Executive Committee of the Arizona Multihousing Association (“AMA”).  Mark has also served numerous times as a board member of the AMA, and is a regular presenter of landlord-tenant and fair housing classes to the AMA. He is also the exclusive attorney member of the Arizona Real Estate Investor Association (AZREIA) representing landlords and publishes articles in the AZREIA monthly newsletter. Mark previously taught at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in classes focusing on property management and landlord tenant issues. Since 2016, Mark has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

On several occasions, he has testified before the Arizona legislature on landlord tenant matters.
