Prior to that, he worked in the insurance industry for 17 years. His knowledge in the two career paths really paved the foundation for our success. He’s passionate, dedicated, and has strong morals and values.
Joe goes above and beyond in everything that he does. Whether it be putting in long work weeks, ensuring that all around him are taken care of, or lending a hand when needed, he’s always there with a smiling face, ready to help.
Joe is a Wisconsin native, with a love of football that runs deep in his veins. He is also an avid runner, hiker, camper, and a community builder.
Jamie Turgesen of East Valley Disaster Services
With a heart for service and trustworthy presence in high-stress situations, Jamie Turgesen represents East Valley Disaster Services (EVDS), a local, family-owned restoration company proudly serving the Valley for the past 38 years.
Jamie specializes in relationship development within the multifamily and senior living communities, offering guidance, resources, and rapid response solutions for water, fire, mold, and biohazard emergencies. Her passion lies in helping people prepare for the unexpected and being a dependable partner when disaster strikes.
Jamie is an active member of AMA, ALFA, and AHCA, where she continues to build meaningful connections and stay involved in the industries she serves.
Joshua Gonzalez of East Valley Disaster Services
Joshua Gonzales is the President of East Valley Disaster Services, a family-owned restoration company serving the community with integrity and dedication. He began his career at EVDS in 2005 as a field technician and worked his way through every position in the company before purchasing it in 2019. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Joshua brings a deep understanding of the trade and a passion for helping others rebuild after disaster strikes.
Outside of his professional life, Joshua has been married to his childhood sweetheart since 1999. Together, they have two children — a son proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force and a daughter pursuing a degree in child psychiatry. His story reflects a lifelong commitment to hard work, family, and community.
Denise Holliday of H3

Denise has engaged in Landlord/Tenant practice since 1996. She is a Justice of the Peace Pro Tem and Superior Court Pro Tem. She is a certified instructor for the Department of Real Estate, Arizona Association of Realtors, Property Management Institute and National Association of Real Property Managers. She is president of ALTA since 2003 and a training instructor for ALTA since 2001. She has been a keynote speaker at several legal seminars regarding Landlord/Tenant issues presented to the Association of Landlord/Tenant Attorneys, Maricopa County Justices of the Peace, Maricopa County Judge Pro Tempores, Continuing Education for Attorneys, and Co-Jet training for Judges, NARPM, AHMA, and numerous other professional associations. She also assists Law Enforcement and Property Managers with Crime Free Programs for apartment complexes.
