broker for clients across various industries. His dedication to service, results-driven approach, and

As the Real Estate Practices leader at Crest Insurance, Tom plays a key role in developing tailored
insurance solutions for a wide range of clients. He is known for his in-depth approach and personalized

scale, with the ability to work with carriers across the country to deliver comprehensive coverage
options that meet each client’s unique needs.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He is
married with two children and enjoys spending his free time golfing and cheering on Ohio State

Joshua Gonzalez

Joshua Gonzales is the President of East Valley Disaster Services, a family-owned restoration company serving the community with integrity and dedication. He began his career at EVDS in 2005 as a field technician and worked his way through every position in the company before purchasing it in 2019. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Joshua brings a deep understanding of the trade and a passion for helping others rebuild after disaster strikes.

Outside of his professional life, Joshua has been married to his childhood sweetheart since 1999. Together, they have two children — a son proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force and a daughter pursuing a degree in child psychiatry. His story reflects a lifelong commitment to hard work, family, and community.

Jamie Turgesen
of East Valley Disaster Services (EVDS)

With a heart for service and a calm, trustworthy presence in high-stress situations, Jamie Turgesen represents East Valley Disaster Services (EVDS), a local, family-owned restoration company proudly serving the Valley for the past 38 years. Jamie specializes in relationship development within the multifamily and senior living communities, offering guidance, resources, and rapid response solutions for water, fire, mold, and biohazard emergencies. Her passion lies in helping people prepare for the unexpected and being a dependable partner when disaster strikes.
