Legal and Advocacy Q1
AI and Legal Considerations
February 16 | 10am-11am | ZOOM
As residents increasingly use AI to draft complaints, accommodation requests, and other communications, apartment teams need to know how to respond thoughtfully and professionally. This session explores the legal considerations surrounding AI in multifamily housing, including inaccurate legal claims, privacy concerns, documentation, and fair housing compliance. Through practical examples, attendees will learn how to evaluate the substance of resident requests, verify information, recognize when to involve legal counsel, and use care when incorporating AI into their own responses.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
