Rula Almquist
is the Vice President of Operations at Decron Properties where she oversee property operations for all residential and commercial assets. Rula brings 33 years of experience in the real estate management space and has overseen 10,000 units throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. Rula has a passion for property management and her infectious energy drives the success of the company and all it stakeholders.
Rula started her career at Oakwood Worldwide; spent time with Legacy Partners, Archstone and BRE/Essex, before arriving at Decron Properties in May 2016. Over the past three decades, Rula has developed, mentored and advanced hundreds of associates. Rula earned her bachelor's degree in Business & Organizational Management from Arizona State University.
