Growing into Leadership is an immersive half-day leadership development experience intended for early-career multifamily professionals ages 35 and younger. Designed to connect emerging professionals with experienced industry leaders, the program fosters authentic conversations, practical learning, meaningful networking, and actionable insights that participants can immediately apply in their careers. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, attendees will build the confidence, skills, and relationships needed to become the next generation of industry leaders.
