This one hour Preventative Maintenance class provides an overview of essential maintenance practices that help keep multifamily communities operating efficiently and safely. Participants will learn how routine inspections and proactive maintenance can help identify potential issues early, reduce costly repairs, extend the life of equipment, and improve resident satisfaction. The class will cover practical preventative maintenance procedures, common areas of concern, documentation, and best practices that maintenance professionals can apply at their communities.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
