Jenna Juniper Ghisolfo

Jenna is a National Speaker, Housing Consultant & Trainer based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Her passion for ending homelessness began at an early age and is the mission of her company. Growing up in a large Italian family, she recognized the importance of stable housing and a supportive family. This led her to begin volunteering for charities and nonprofits at a young age. Throughout her 16-year career, Jenna has successfully partnered nonprofits and developers together, implementing critical and sustaining supportive services on low-income properties. Jenna’s reputation as a premier compliance and affordable housing expert and trainer is well deserved. She has the knowledge, experience, and skills that translate into successful property operations. Jenna is a graduate from DeVry University, member of the National Speaker’s Association, and National Center of Housing Management. She holds over a dozen affordable housing designations and has more abbreviations after her name than a doctor. She is the founder and president of Housing Consultants of America (Formerly Paonessa Juniper Consulting) and has helped countless professionals with all their operational, training, marketing and leasing needs.
