This class will review the ARLTA and other statutes and codes that govern various situations that arise in multifamily housing management. Additionally, the class will detail the processes and procedures and training that need to be in place to handle high risk event so that the owner, management company, tenants, and public are adequately protected.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
