This class teaches apartment maintenance staff how to keep a shop organized, safe, and efficient. 

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured maintenance shop.
  • Manage tools, parts, and inventory to support timely and accurate maintenance work.
  • Apply essential safety practices to ensure a compliant and hazard-free shop environment.

This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
