This session covers the essentials of preparing a vacant apartment for its next resident, from the initial inspection and repair checklist to coordinating vendors, completing maintenance, and conducting a final quality check. Attendees will learn practical ways to prioritize tasks, avoid common delays, and keep management and maintenance aligned to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming home.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
