West Phoenix Community Coalition

March 19, 2026 | 9:00 am - 10:30 am | Acero at the Stadium

Community Coalitions are back and better than ever!  The Mission of the Community Coalition Program is to lay a foundation of community awareness & involvement by providing educational meetings and networking to address the needs of the families and individuals who live and work within rental housing.

AMA’s West Phoenix Community Coalition typically meets on the 3rd Thursday of odd months (March, May, July, etc.)

This month's meeting will feature a Police Department Meet & Greet with officers and team members from west valley communities including Glendale, Goodyear, and Avondale. We'll also overview and go over NEW updates for the AMA 5 Star Safety Awards and Certification program to set you up for success for the 2026 season.

A great time to network with your peers.  Perfect for Managers, Assistant Managers & Leasing staff.

Please note this meeting is intended for property management staff. Due to occupancy limitations, and the intended audience for these meetings, there are only a limited number of Industry Partner seats available for this meeting (if any at all). Industry partners must register in advance, and register no more than one person to attend from their company. Walk-ins for Industry Partners are not allowed.

Industry Partners may attend and participate in the conversation, but are prohibited from promoting their business during the meeting out of respect to our meeting sponsor(s). If you are interested in promoting your business, please contact jhickey@azmultihousing to learn about sponsorship opportunities.

Registration is FREE!
