Starting a new chapter, Amber is an accomplished healthcare and operations professional with two decades of experience spanning clinical nursing and call center leadership. She has managed multidisciplinary teams, overseen complex service operations, and led initiatives that improved patient care delivery, customer experience, and organizational efficiency. Her leadership is defined by strategic thinking, strong communication, and a deep commitment to developing people. Her new role at A-Z AirDuct is a refreshing change and she is looking forward to developing lasting relationships in the community and to support families to breathe cleaner air.
