Anna Oliver

Anna Oliver brings nearly a decade of experience in public policy, lobbying, and strategic communications. Throughout her career, she has helped secure major funding investments for critical state and municipal priorities, and has successfully defeated harmful legislation that could have negatively impacted her clients. Anna is recognized for her bipartisan approach, strong relationships at every level of government, and ability to turn complex policy challenges into actionable, results-driven solutions for clients.

Before joining Capitol Consulting, Anna worked with respected government relations firms, representing cities as well as statewide associations and nonprofit organizations. She has also led large-scale public engagement campaigns and advised on legislative strategy, coalition building, communications, and stakeholder engagement across Arizona’s diverse policy landscape.

Anna earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Arizona. She is an active member of Arizona’s civic community, serving on the NowGen Committee for the Center for Jewish Philanthropy and as a member of The Rose Society.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys exploring Arizona’s small towns, attending local art festivals, and spending time with her dog, Lacey.
