As the Assistant Director of Training, I'm committed to training the best talent in property management. I joined the Chamberlin team in early 2021 bringing seven years of experience to my role. I began my multifamily housing career as a leasing agent before quickly being promoted to assistant manager. Due to my talent, strong motivation and genuine personality I rose to the position of community manager working for both stabilized and lease-up communities ranging from C to A class properties. As the Assistant Director of Training, I work to ensure all new hires are welcomed into the Chamberlin + Associates family with knowledge and enthusiasm.
