Professional Bio
Kim has spent the last 25 years serving clients in the Multifamily space. Kim started his career as a National Account Manager with HD Supply and went on to be awarded National Account Manager of the year twice. Over the 25 years of service Kim has always taken a consultative approach and contributed to the growth of these noteable companies: HD Supply, Pinnacle Realty Management, ConService, Yardi, Dogwood Building Supply-Ferguson and Camp Construction. Kim joined Standard Interiors in 2025 to assist with growth in CO, AZ and NV. Kim will also drive growth as we grow our footprint and support our clients to new markets through managed growth. Kim resides in Arizona with his Fiance Lorrie and his American Bulldog Bubba!
