Hey Arizona Multi-family Association! I’m Rob Suckoll, the General Manager at AZEX Pest Solutions, and I’m pumped to be back in the pest control world! An offer I couldn’t resist yanked me out of retirement in Tennessee, and now I’m in Phoenix, AZ, ready to elevate AZEX to new heights. With over 25 years of experience, I founded ProChem ProActive in Las Vegas, growing it into one of the largest multi-family pest suppliers. We shook things up with an all-inclusive pest program—monthly invoices covering all pests, bed bugs, termites, and birds at no extra cost—letting managers stay on budget while delivering top-tier service. We even brought in bed bug-sniffing dogs to ensure pest-free leases and protect properties from lawsuits, and some properties even made money on our program! Before that, I tackled mega resorts with Ecolab Hawaii and commercial accounts like Starbucks Roasting House with Sprague Pest Solutions in Washington.
