Professional Bio
Just a little about Waste Connections of AZ. Waste Connections acquired Right Away Disposal in March of 2018 and are now called Waste Connections of AZ. Our Corp office is based out of Woodlands, TX. We have a Tucson office along with an office in Apache Junction, West and Central Phoenix.
Waste Connections is the 3rd largest waste company in North America. A couple of key points with us over Waste Management and Republic Services. We have a Servant leadership culture, and all of our locations are decentralized. The other two companies are Centralized. Biggest difference to me is, our hands aren’t tied like being centralized. We can make local Market decisions without following that corporate protocol. (local and personal touch)
We are members of BOMA, (Building Owners and Managers Association), along with AMA, (Arizona Multihousing Association)
I handle Tucson to Casa Grande Commercial permanent services. I am a Salaried person tasked with creating new customers and taking excellent care of my customers. (I am your only contact), (no calling customer service and being 25 in the que on hold), etc..
The pricing that I provide for front load containers stands alone. Meaning, we have no extra charges, such as Recovery fees, overage fees, Fuel, and environmental fee. We do have initial delivery fees of 100.00 per container and an extra pick-up fee based on the size of container and on an on call basis if needed (24 hr notice). We also provide temporary, permanent roll off and compactor hauling services.
I have been in sales and customer service for 30 years. I have been in this waste industry for 4 years and have heard many issues and complaints…. So many times, have I heard, “no one ever told me that when I signed on” , “I didn’t know about this”, ETC….
I am about Full disclosure! Being pro-active rather than re-active. It really makes for happy and long-term relationship customers.
