Steven's expertise is sourcing owners, investment firms and management companies looking to leverage turnkey construction solutions within the Multifamily industry. He leads the market rate renovation division in directly developing opportunities through national networking, real estate marketplace data, and CRM B2B technologies.
Steven started in the construction industry in 1997. He began as a machine welder fabricating steel buildings in OK. He came to Dallas/Rockwall and built large scale custom homes, with one home featured in the Dallas Parade of Homes.
He began in the multifamily business with CAPgro Construction Management to redesign business processes and best practices. This role grew into Business Development with their sister company.

He graduated Summa cum laude with a Master of Arts from American Christian College and Seminary in 2004.
