Credit Builder is where most operators start with us. Residents build credit history from rent they are already paying on time, reported through TransUnion. It is resident-funded, so there is no cost to your community to offer it, and your community earns revenue share on every enrollment. Properties are typically live within 30 days and see their first resident-funded revenue in 45 to 60 days.
Union is an AMA Affinity Partner through Credit Builder. Every enrollment also returns a set amount to AMA, funding the association's advocacy and education work.
