Vigilance Protection Services, LLC

Vigilance Protection Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated Arizona private security agency providing professional security, mobile patrol, and risk management solutions for apartment communities, multifamily properties, HOAs, and property management companies throughout Arizona.

We work directly with property managers to identify security concerns and develop customized solutions based on each community’s needs. Our services include armed and unarmed onsite security, scheduled mobile patrols, after hours property checks, alarm response, access control, fire watch, parking area patrols, common area and amenity checks, trespass enforcement, suspicious activity response, disturbance response, and incident documentation.

Our officers maintain a professional and visible security presence while monitoring parking areas, buildings, breezeways, community amenities, perimeter areas, and other designated locations. Patrols can focus on concerns such as vehicle break ins, vandalism, trespassing, unauthorized activity, disturbances, property damage, and other security related issues.

Our operations are supported by GPS verified patrols, digital Daily Activity Reports (DARs), detailed Incident Reports, body worn cameras, documented post orders, active field supervision, and responsive management oversight. These systems provide property managers with greater accountability, transparency, and documentation of services performed.

Vigilance Protection Services understands that every community has different security needs. We work collaboratively with property management to establish patrol priorities, communication procedures, and site-specific expectations.

Our mission is to provide dependable, professional, and proactive security solutions that help protect residents, employees, visitors, vehicles, property, and community assets while supporting a safer environment.
