Five Star Annual Enrollment/Renewal Fee

For tracking accuracy, your 5 Star enrollment MUST be purchased through your property's AMA account. If your property does not have an AMA account, set one up here: https://www.azmultihousing.org/membership-information

DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE ENROLLING MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY. Please contact jhickey@azmultihousing.org for assistance, to ensure your properties are enrolled properly.

The enrollment period closes 8/31. You  have until 11/30 to complete all requirements of the program. Enrollment fee is non-refundable, even if stars are ultimately not achieved.
