Thank you for visiting the AMA’s Community Outreach Department. This Department is designed to:
Develop and nurture positive relationships among the multihousing industry and local neighborhood leadership
Advance the mission of the AMA by way of statewide outreach efforts
Assist in promoting safer more vibrant environments for residents and communities
Support resident and property management betterment efforts through programs such as Project S.A.F.E. and the Community Coalition Program
Focused on educating residents and the philosophy of the family unit, properties hold an event to bring their residents together to educate them on important safety issues facing them, their families and their community. The topics vary from ID theft and fire safety to pet safety.

The mission of the Community Coalition Program is to lay a foundation of community awareness & involvement by providing educational meetings and networking to address the needs of the families and individuals who live and work within rental housing.
