Ann Diaz

Ann Marie Diaz is the President and Founder of AZ 1st Realty Management, LLC, a locally owned property management firm serving multifamily communities throughout Southern Arizona. Since entering the property management industry in 1998, Ann has built her career around operational excellence, strong client relationships, and a resident-first approach.

Ann founded AZ 1st Realty Management in 2004 and continues to oversee the company’s daily operations as its Owner and Designated Broker. Under her leadership, the company has grown into a respected Tucson-based firm specializing in multifamily housing.

A longtime advocate for Arizona’s rental housing industry, Ann served on the Arizona Multihousing Association Board of Directors from 2020 through 2024 and returned to the Board in 2026. She remains actively involved in industry education, advocacy, and legislative matters affecting housing providers and residents. Ann is committed to strengthening the multifamily industry through practical leadership, collaboration, and meaningful community involvement.
