Event Details:
AMA’s annual Trade Show is the Association’s largest event of the year and on the "Can't Miss" list of AMA activities. While the highlight is most definitely the over 200 Exhibiting Industry Partner (Vendor) Member Companies, the themed show also includes giveaways, prizes, networking and lots of fun.
Full day attendees will start the day with powerful, relevant education, followed by a lunch session. The trade show floor will be open from 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm, with prizes and giveaways at 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm.
The AMA Trade Show is an excellent opportunity for Industry Partner Members to showcase their products and services to our Regular Members in a fun and casual atmosphere. Regular Members have the opportunity to hone their skills by attending dynamic education sessions.
| No tours of the exhibit floor will take place the day of the show. Companies considered Industry Partners (vendors, suppliers, etc.) are not permitted to register and walk the exhibit floor. |

Attendees will have the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, discover ways to build more effective and collaborative teams, improve communication between departments, and gain valuable tools for navigating workplace conflict with confidence. You'll also hear real-world lessons from industry leaders and connect with professionals from across Arizona's multifamily housing industry.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn, network, and be inspired by our AMA-zing speakers and industry experts!
Education Breakout Schedule
Each session will be offered twice, allowing attendees to participate in up to two topics.
Session 1
Success doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by design. This inspiring and practical session is for professionals who feel called to achieve more and are ready to bridge the gap between where they are today and where they want to be. Learn how to quiet self-doubt, overcome obstacles, build momentum, and take purposeful action toward your goals. Attendees will leave energized, empowered, and equipped with strategies to increase their impact, influence, and success in the year ahead.
True Colors Team Building - Understanding Personality Styles to Strengthen Communication & Collaboration
Strong teams begin with understanding. In this interactive session, Dena Patton will introduce the True Colors personality framework, helping attendees recognize different communication styles, work preferences, and strengths. Participants will gain practical tools to improve workplace relationships, increase collaboration, and create a more engaged and productive team culture.
The relationship between management and maintenance teams is critical to the success of every community. When communication breaks down, productivity, resident satisfaction, and team morale can suffer. This session explores the unique responsibilities of each role and provides practical strategies for fostering mutual understanding, improving communication, and building a stronger partnership that drives property performance.
Session 4
Every leader faces difficult conversations and challenging situations. In this interactive session, experienced industry leaders will share real-world conflict scenarios, the decisions they made, and the lessons they learned along the way. Through audience participation, discussion, and live polling, attendees will explore practical approaches to conflict resolution and gain valuable leadership insights they can apply immediately in their own roles.
General Session
Change is constant but how we respond to it makes all the difference. Using the remarkable story behind “The Evolution of Dance".
Through humor, storytelling, and perspective, participants will discover how to embrace change, recognize unexpected opportunities, and keep evolving in a world that never stops moving. The takeaway is simple: we can’t always predict what’s coming, but we can choose how we move with it.
