With two decades of national and international experience in luxury hospitality, I've collaborated with every hotel department, engaged in quality analysis, and facilitated training and leadership development. My results have demonstrated an ability to motivate teams to unlock their full potential and achieve individual, professional, and organizational objectives.
I am a Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA), DISC assessment certified human behavior consultant, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certified Transformational Coach from the world renowned John Maxwell Leadership.
