Feeling drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your work? This one-hour class is designed to help you understand and navigate burnout in a professional setting.
We’ll explore the common signs of work-related burnout chronic stress, reduced motivation, and mental fatigue and how they show up in your day-to-day routine. Through guided reflection and practical tools, you’ll learn how to identify your personal stress triggers, manage energy more effectively, and create healthier boundaries at work.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.

Michell Brown

Michell has spent the past 30 years helping entrepreneurs and professionals to have more vibrant energy, release stress & shift their mindset from burnout to making well being a priority. She offers individual sessions in her private practice, as well as corporate workshops. She helps professionals change their relationship with stress, to be more productive and happier at work and home.
Michell teaches stress management tools which help people to build nourishing relationships, improve communication skills with
colleagues and family and be more productive while developing a healthy work/life harmony. In addition to her expertise in conscious movement, breathwork and focused attention skills, she also has 15 years of training in embodied leadership. Michell has a corporate background of working in marketing and sales for several technology companies, with the distinction of being top salesperson out of 52 franchises, in the world. She teaches professionals the personal leadership skills and tools they need to handle stress better, improve focus, increase energy and be happier as they navigate their busy workday.
