Join us for AMA Tucson's biggest event of the year! AMA’s annual Trade Shows are the Association’s largest events of the year and on the "Can't Miss" list of AMA activities. While the highlight is most definitely the over 100 Exhibiting Industry Partner (Vendor) Companies, the themed show also includes giveaways, prizes, networking and lots of fun.

The AMA Trade Show is an excellent opportunity for Industry Partner Members to showcase their products and services to our Regular Members in a fun and casual atmosphere. Regular Members have the opportunity to hone their skills by attending dynamic education sessions in the morning.

Sessions

Burnout isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a real, measurable threat to your team’s performance, engagement, and retention. In this high-energy session, we’ll dive into how the body and brain respond to stress through Fight, Flight, or Freeze—and what those responses actually look like on your team.

Are they pushing back (fight)? Disengaging or calling out (flight)? Quiet quitting or deer-in-headlights during meetings (freeze)? As leaders, it's our job to recognize the signs before burnout takes over—and shift the momentum.

You'll walk away with:

  • A practical breakdown of Fight, Flight, and Freeze behaviors in the workplace
  • Leadership strategies to re-engage burnt-out teams
  • Tools to manage your own burnout before you lead others through theirs
  • A few laughs and a lot of “oh wow, that’s my team” moments
Safety risks often arise when you least expect them. From the leasing office to the property grounds, property management professionals frequently encounter situations that demand quick judgment and confident action. In this engaging session, we’ll explore practical strategies to help you stay aware, assess potential risks, and position yourself for safety—both in the office and while out on property. Learn how small adjustments in awareness, communication, and response can make a big difference in keeping yourself and your team safe.
What if you could attack the rest of 2026 having an even more exceptional team with exceptional attitudes toward the customer experience?
It’s possible!

Join Steve Wunch, National Speaker and a professional facilitator in Leadership, Sales and Customer Service as he unveils the process of recognizing the differences in each person’s “story” and how to give them the best customer service possible.

We’ll look at some key (probably already known) elements:
  • Who is Your Customer?
  • Your Attitude is Everything
  • How did Covid Change Things?
  • Quick Look at Emotional Intelligence
  • Easy Concepts to Humanize Policy & Procedures
Steve brings home some truths we probably all know - but may have forgotten - with humor and grace, and guarantees that if you pay attention - you’ll take something home that will transform you results AND your relationships!
