Gen Z is rapidly becoming a major presence in the workforce, yet they are often misunderstood. Perceptions of entitlement, laziness, or impatience with advancement can create friction across generations. This session takes a research-backed look at the true characteristics of Gen Z, challenges participants to set aside preconceived notions, and provides practical strategies for communication, accountability, and motivation. Attendees will walk away with a clearer understanding of Gen Z and actionable ways to build stronger collaboration across all generations.

This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
