Jill Anderson
SHRM-CP, Director of Human Resources
Jill Anderson has been with The Bella Group for eight years, serving six of those as Director of Human Resources. A SHRM CP with a master’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations, she blends communication expertise with a heart for developing people and strengthening teams. Jill’s earlier experience as a high school teacher and private school admissions officer shaped her passion for coaching, connection, and helping others grow.
Outside of work, Jill is a mom to five adult daughters and a pastor’s wife. She loves pickleball, hiking, Mexican food, fashion, and traveling—especially when it includes great people and great conversations.
