This class provides onsite teams with practical strategies to improve communication, collaboration, accountability, and customer service across all departments. Participants will explore best practices for fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts effectively, enhancing resident experiences, and maintaining operational excellence. Through real-world examples and interactive discussion, attendees will gain tools to strengthen team performance, increase efficiency, and create a more cohesive and successful community.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
